Diversifying genomic data

There are many ethical challenges involved in diversifying genomic data. In partnership with colleagues and support from Genomics England, we conducted a large-scale review that revealed how structural inequities and research practices profoundly shape these efforts. This work emphasises the need for more reflexive and inclusive approaches to genomics.
