Using genetic data in population screening
We are exploring the opportunities and challenges arising as genomic data are brought to bear in new population screening contexts. Our interests include: the use of genome sequencing to screen newborn babies for rare conditions; and the use of polygenic scores to screen ‘healthy’ populations.
